It is important to understand with older roofs especially, leaving them unattended can result in much more expensive roof replacements due to having to replace roof decking & structural issues!

• Warranties are typically handled by the manufacturers and the options usually range from a standard materials only warranty to 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 year FULL SYSTEM NDL warranties. Although TSR will handle all warranty issues for at least the first 2 years at a minimum.
• Repairs & Maintenance warranties are typically given on a contractual basis designed specifically for the needs of our clients.
